On 2 June, CERN, in collaboration with the town halls and tourist offices in the region, is inaugurating the Passport to the Big Bang, a tourist route combining science and family fun, immediately above the ring of the LHC accelerator.
This event will take place in conjunction with the Fête des Voisins.
In the morning, families will be able to participate in bike rides, whilst those of a sportier disposition can test themselves on the 54-kilometre mountain bike rally. In the afternoon, activities run by CERN, schools, universities and local associations will take place at each of the ten stages on the route.
The Passport to the Big Bang team is looking for volunteers to act as stewards for the rally and to help with welcoming the public.
Choose your missions below: on the Prévessin-Moëns site for the mountain bike rally and bike rides or on other CERN/LHC sites, and sign up.
